I’m a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor dedicated to helping clients strengthen their bodies, increase mobility, and build awareness through mindful movement. My approach focuses on intentional core activation, pelvic floor awareness, and functional strength to support balance, longevity, and everyday activities.
Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, build core strength, or simply find a moment of calm and mindfulness in your day, my sessions are designed to meet you where you are, at any level.

I’ve been where you are—struggling to get started, facing mental and physical hurdles—but I know the way forward. I help clients build strength, lose weight, and create lasting change through a combination of disciplined training, science-backed strategies, and real-world empathy.
With experience as a U.S. Army Combat Medic and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, I specialize in weight loss, functional strength, muscle building, and nutrition guidance. I bring firsthand understanding of transformation and performance to every session, helping clients achieve sustainable results.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me exploring Montana’s trails, horseback riding, mountain biking, or photographing the beauty of the landscape with my goldendoodle, Nala.

Outside the gym, you’ll find me backpacking, hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, running trails, cooking, or reading—always with my furry sidekick Opal joining the adventure.

The gym is fully equipped for everything you need, and the sauna and pools are fantastic for recovery or just to relax and enjoy the day (or night). They have a full bar and restaurant that serves great food and a very friendly atmosphere. One of the best places in Helena.
