We Offer Group Fitness Classes
We offer a range of group class formats, so there's something to fit your mood and your fitness level. Our instructors will motivate, inspire, and empower you to give your best, all in a non-intimidating environment meant to keep you coming back for more.
Our Broadwater Boomer class is designed for seniors (60+), focusing on improving balance, strength, and flexibility. This class is designed for a work-at-your-own-pace exercise, with modifications for all levels and a strong emphasis on safety and fun. Broadwater's own Dave Burningham will lead this class.
