We do our best to keep our facility clean and well-stocked. If you find anything that needs attention during your visit, please let a Broadwater Hot Springs staff member know, and we'll take care of it. Please abide by our rules, regulations, and etiquette, allowing all to enjoy their visit. We look forward to seeing you!

We are thrilled to have you. Upon entering our main lobby on the East end of our facility, you will be given a wristband for the soak that designates 21+ and 21 and under.

Our Locker Rooms
Men's and women's rooms are available, and a family changing room is coming soon. Complimentary lockers are available for your personal belongings, so there is no need to lug everything out to the pool area. We highly recommend locking up your belongings, as the Broadwater Hot Springs is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. We sell locks at our front desk; please don't hesitate to ask for one.

When changing clothes in the locker room, there are private changing areas if disrobing in front of others isn't your thing. No worries! Just make sure to be thoughtful as others are changing. Also, please no photos or videos in changing rooms.

If you feel sick, have an infectious or communicable disease or an open wound, stay out of the water to keep everyone healthy. Also, stay home if you feel sick.

The good news is that we've installed two new water stations with fresh, filtered water, and you can grab a glass and help yourself any time. Remember to hydrate when you soak, steam, and sauna. Submerge yourself and add water inside and outside!
