INSTRUCTOR: Rocky
Hello! I’m thrilled to join the Broadwater community and be part of your health and wellness journey.
I’ve been teaching yoga for 10 years, but my own transformative experience began 12 years ago when I stepped into my first class and finally found something that truly worked for me—I even cried tears of relief. That moment inspired me to dive deeper, eventually leading me to my primary teacher, Veer Rana, in Rohtak, India. Over the past decade, I’ve studied under his guidance, traveling to visit him three times. I now bring the structured practices of Vinyasa Krama, traditional Hatha, primal movement patterns, and powerful breathwork back to Montana.
I relocated to Montana nearly six years ago and have never looked back. In beautiful Dearborn Canyon, I live with my wife and our five energetic Malamutes, who keep life adventurous. When I’m not on the mat, I serve as a wildland firefighter across the nation as a shared resource.
As a Navy veteran, I also hold an 8-hour Trauma-Conscious Yoga certification through Connected Warriors, which deepens my understanding of how trauma impacts the body and mind. I approach every class knowing each body is unique—modifications and compassion are always part of the practice.
I can’t wait to meet you, Helena, and welcome you to class. See you on the mat—excited to be part of the Broadwater family! Learn about my debut series at Broadwater, ALIGN & AWAKEN with COLD PLUNGE.
INSTRUCTOR: Kathleen Sawfer
Passionate about fitness and longevity, I am Kathleen, a Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor committed to enhancing your quality of life. Exercise should be challenging and consistent to achieve results, and I strive to make the process fun, dynamic, and specifically tailored to your goals. I love engaging in activities that challenge me physically and mentally, such as running, skiing, paddleboarding, and backpacking. I plan to continue these well into my 90s. My canine sidekick, Opal, often joins me on these adventures.
As an Army veteran, I have lived in many places. I moved to Montana 15 years ago and have called Helena my home for the past three years. Helena is a hidden gem, and I love it here. I look forward to meeting you at the gym and seeing you enjoy life on Montana's mountains, rivers, and lakes.

INSTRUCTOR: Jesse Mundt
Montana-born and raised, Jesse brings real-life experience, discipline, and heart to every training session. His foundation in health and fitness began while serving as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army, where he developed a deep understanding of the body, injury prevention, and taking action when it matters most.
Jesse’s passion for fitness is also personal. After once struggling with obesity, he committed to change—successfully losing significant weight and completing a half marathon in just nine months. That transformation fuels his belief that disciplined, sustainable change is possible for anyone.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, Jesse offers a holistic approach to fitness that builds strength, confidence, and long-term health. When he’s not coaching, you’ll find him exploring Montana’s trails, horseback riding, hiking, or mountain biking with his goldendoodle, Nala, and capturing the beauty of the landscape through photography.

INSTRUCTOR: JaneLe Baur
Hello! I’m JaneLe—a passionate fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping others reach their wellness goals. My journey with fitness began during my time in the Army, where I not only met my wonderful husband but also discovered a deep appreciation for the power of movement. Today, our home is full of energy with one amazing child and two lively dogs who keep us on our toes.
I believe in the transformative power of movement, which inspired me to become a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. These practices beautifully complement each other, promoting mobility, flexibility, endurance, and core strength. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply find a moment of peace in your day, my classes are designed to meet you right where you are.
One phrase you’ll often hear from me in class is “Let it burn”—a reminder that the effort you put in today is shaping a stronger, healthier you tomorrow. I look forward to welcoming you to class and supporting you on your fitness journey!

INSTRUCTOR: Ariana Lyth
Hey everyone, it’s Ariana, aka Ari! I’m super excited to join the fitness team as a water aerobics instructor! I’ve been part of the Broadwater family for 2.5 years now, and I’m loving every minute of it! I enjoy jumping in wherever I’m needed and always bring a hustle mentality. I’m all about being loud, fun, and engaging with everyone around me!
My passion for fitness comes from my complicated relationship with food. I work hard to stay active and committed to my health—it's all about being fit, but mostly staying healthy. I get excited about supporting others on their own journeys and helping people thrive in all 5 pillars of wellness: physical, mental, social, nutritional, and spiritual (Broadwater style). I truly believe that by helping others, I’m also helping myself on my wellness path. Let’s pump up the music and get moving!

INSTRUCTOR: Shane Price
Hi, my name is Shane. I have been teaching various fitness classes for the past four years. I have had a lifelong fitness journey, which started with lifting weights with the current (at that time) Ms. Olympia! I believe fitness can and should be something you enjoy doing. I strive to make my classes fun while still focusing on form to protect the body. I look forward to having you in class.
Sunrise Stamina
Mondays and Wednesdays
6:05 – 6:50 am
INSTRUCTOR: Christina Lipetzky
Christina Lipetzky found a passion teaching fitness classes over 11 years ago. Most recently, she taught spin and HIIT classes at Skyre Spinning Studio, as well as instructing boot camp sessions with two other instructors at a private clinic. Her goal is to make participants feel welcome and have fun while exercising. Outside of instructing, you'll find Christina working full-time and adventuring through life with her spouse and two kids. Her favorite activities include reading, exploring the outdoors (especially summertime!), and trying to convince her spouse they need more animals than their current circus of a dog, cat, and brood of chickens.
I look forward to meeting you, as I'll occasionally fill in for Sunrise Stamina classes at Broadwater Hot Springs.
Testimonials
Broadwater Boomers Class is challenging but very doable. Dave is a great instructor. I feel better about my balance, and I enjoy the social aspect of the group as well. Thanks for offering the Broadwater Boomer class.
JaneLe's yoga class is easy to follow for any level. It's a peaceful way to wind down and a great addition to the high-impact fitness classes at Broadwater Hot Springs.
Amazing place and great staff!
The gym is fully equipped for everything you need, and the sauna and pools are fantastic for recovery or just to relax and enjoy the day (or night). They have a full bar and restaurant that serves great food and a very friendly atmosphere. One of the best places in Helena.
Beautiful new yoga room with the view overlooks the hot springs pools. The room has a peaceful vibe!
