INSTRUCTOR: Erin Bley
Erin is the Health Education Specialist for the Montana Disability and Health Program and Arthritis Program. Erin has a health and human performance degree from The University of Montana and a Health Enhancement Certificate. Erin holds various certifications through the American Council on Exercise.
Erin enjoys sharing her knowledge of fitness and wellness resources through multiple avenues and delivery experiences. She has called Helena home for the past 6+ years and enjoys all the outdoor recreation opportunities the area provides with her daughter and their dog. She is excited to begin teaching fitness classes at Broadwater Hot Springs.

Flow-based class that will tie your own breath to movement between individual postures. Focus will be on strengthening, lengthening, and stretching.

SAIL Fitness Class: 12-week Class | January 7th – March 27th
Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) a strength, balance, and fitness class for older adults. Maintaining safe and independent living for older adults in Montana. The benefits include:
- Reduce risk of falling
- Improve balance, obility, and leg strength
- Maintain independence by building strength, improving balance, and agility
- all participants receive a copy of “Stay Active and Independent for LIfe: An Information Guide for Adults 65+.

INSTRUCTOR: Kara Campbell
Yoga has been a part of Kara’s life since she was pregnant with her first son 28 years ago. She sees the value gained from practice in all aspects of her life—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Kara recently received her teaching certificate and looks forward to sharing her knowledge with the Broadwater Hot Springs and Fitness community.

Are you unsure what Down Dog is, what Warrior looks like, or why we lay in Corpse pose at the end of every class? Join Kara’s Yoga Basics class and learn the building blocks of yoga.
Let’s get our mats out, limber up, and have fun! Also—all levels are welcome; if you are a seasoned yogi, you’re bound (pun intended) to learn something new! You still will learn something new. Starting on January 8th, join Kara every Wednesday at 10 am.

INSTRUCTOR: Kayla Ortega
Kayla Ortega is a dedicated Zumba instructor who brings energy and enthusiasm to every class. Her primary focus is helping her students achieve their fitness goals while having fun.
Born in Colorado, Kayla discovered her love for dance early on while participating in competitive line dancing for her 4-H group. Her Zumba journey began when she took her first class in 2010. Kayla spent over ten years loving student life and decided to get certified to teach in early 2024. She loves the ease of burning maximum calories by doing something fun while aiding physical and mental health.
Kayla is furthering her education by pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. This academic endeavor reflects her dedication to personal growth and her desire to positively impact her community.
What's Zumba?
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program incorporating Latin and international music and dance rhythms. Classes use fast and slow rhythms to tone the body using an aerobic approach that blends cardio and muscle-toning. Zumba classes are for EVERYONE. Dancers and non-dancers alike will be able to get the moves quickly and fall in love with the fun atmosphere that comes along with the Zumba brand.

INSTRUCTOR: Shane Price
Hi, my name is Shane. I have been teaching various fitness classes for the past three years. I have had a lifelong fitness journey, which started with lifting weights with the current (at that time) Ms. Olympia! I believe fitness can and should be something you enjoy doing. I strive to make my classes fun while still focusing on form to protect the body. I look forward to having you in class.
Boot Camp Class: 6am – 6:45am Mon, Weds, Fri
High-Intensity Intervals: with a mix of exercises targeting different muscle groups, including squats, lunges, burpees, mountain climbers, planks, and jumping jacks, it’s sure to make you sweat and, of course, short recovery periods.

The gym is fully equipped for everything you need, and the sauna and pools are fantastic for recovery or just to relax and enjoy the day (or night). They have a full bar and restaurant that serves great food and a very friendly atmosphere. One of the best places in Helena.
Beautiful new yoga room with the view overlooks the hot springs pools. The room has a peaceful vibe!
