Located on the west side of our facility, in the grassy area beside The Springs pool, our Event Tent is available seasonally from May through October.

With space for up to 150 guests, it’s a great setting for warm-weather celebrations and gatherings.

Seasonal availability: May–October

Guests can enjoy Broadwater’s pools and outdoor amenities during your gathering. Please note that the pools, decks, lawns, and fire pits remain open to the public and are not available for private rental.

Planning something fun outside? Our seasonal outdoor space is made for it—think giant Connect4, cornhole, and plenty of lawn to lounge or play. It’s the perfect backdrop for your event! While you're welcome to enjoy the pools, decks, games and fire pits during your gathering, just a heads-up: they stay open to everyone, so we don't offer private rentals for those areas.

Looking for the ultimate casual vibe under Montana’s Big Sky? Our deck—one of the best in Helena—is the place to be on those long spring, summer, and early fall evenings. It's open seasonally and a great addition to any event. While you're welcome to enjoy the pools and decks during your gathering, please note these areas stay open to the public, so we don’t offer private rentals for the pools, decks, or fire pits.
