The Event Tent is located on our facility’s west side in the grass adjacent to The Springs pool. It can accommodate larger parties of up to 200 guests.

The Large Event Room is located on the east side of the facility adjacent to the Recreational Pool and can accommodate larger groups up to 80 guests. Corporate meetings, business training or gatherings, holiday parties or banquets.

You're welcome to include our pools and decks as part of your event! Just keep in mind that these areas remain open to the public, so we aren't able to offer private rentals for the pools, outdoor decks, or fire pits.

Planning something fun outside? Our seasonal outdoor space is made for it—think giant Connect4, cornhole, and plenty of lawn to lounge or play. It’s the perfect backdrop for your event! While you're welcome to enjoy the pools, decks, games and fire pits during your gathering, just a heads-up: they stay open to everyone, so we don't offer private rentals for those areas.

Looking for the ultimate casual vibe under Montana’s Big Sky? Our deck—one of the best in Helena—is the place to be on those long spring, summer, and early fall evenings. It's open seasonally and a great addition to any event.
