What You'll Learn
Session 1: Understanding Macros
Learn how proteins, carbohydrates, and fats work together to fuel your body. We'll sort common foods into each category and discuss how to build balanced meals that support your health and wellness goals.
Session 2: Mindful Eating
Discover how slowing down can transform your relationship with food. Through a guided mindful eating exercise featuring chocolate and berries, you'll learn techniques to become more present, recognize hunger and fullness cues, and enjoy food without guilt.
Session 3: Meals in a Jar
Wrap up the morning by creating simple, nutritious grab-and-go meals that make healthy eating easier throughout the week. You'll leave with practical meal prep ideas you can recreate at home.
