During these classes, we will learn breathwork, which helps to release anti-inflammatory markers in the blood, thereby reducing inflammation throughout the body. When done correctly, cold immersion also has a similar anti-inflammatory effect. You'll learn the science behind these practices and protocols and how to continue them at home to get the most benefit from them.

The cold is a powerful force that can release deep and lasting benefits. During this class, you will explore how these benefits can improve your health, well-being, and recovery. You will practice the health benefits of cold immersion in a safe, supportive environment that will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered. This class is suitable for beginners. However, if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or a serious health condition, this class is not for you. Taught by Shelley Davey, a certified cold immersion facilitator with 8 years of experience practicing and teaching this method.

The soaker pools are on the same level as our dressing rooms and are accessible by a ramp. The soaker pool offers the ultimate relaxation experience with a soothing waterfall feature. The hot pools are maintained at a blissful temperature between 97° and 102° Fahrenheit, and the cold plunges are between 50° and 59°.

Our pools include both the hottest and coldest options, conveniently located side by side for effortless transition between temperatures.

The good news is that we've installed two new water stations with fresh, filtered water, and you can grab a glass and help yourself any time. Remember to hydrate when you soak, steam, and sauna. Submerge yourself and add water inside and outside!
